Lunch offers a delightful pause, where you'll savor local cuisines that echo the warmth and hospitality of Morocco. Our destination, Merzouga, acts as the gateway to the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes. Upon arrival, prepare for an unforgettable camel trek across the dunes, just in time to catch the sunset painting the sands in vibrant hues. The night unfolds in a desert camp, where you'll dine under the stars to the rhythms of traditional Berber music, encapsulating the spirit of the Sahara.
For the early risers, the day offers a magical start with a climb to the dunes' peak to witness the Sahara awaken at sunrise. After breakfast amidst the tranquility of the desert, we bid farewell to Merzouga, carrying the serenity of the dawn with us as we head back to Fes. The return journey allows for a reimmersion into the changing landscapes of the Middle Atlas, with a lunch stop to relish the local flavors once more.
